Hey guys.. I m back from my last field camp… Today is the last day of the last field camp…

Before i 4gt… Thanks to all those people who sent me birthday msgs during the past 4 days… I didn’t get the chance to see some of them becos my handphone was turned off during the field camp… BUT thanks anyway…

16th of May… YEAH its my BIRTHBAY but it wasn’t a HAPPY BIRTHDAY… Had navigation test on this special day for me… It was good at the beginning… But it became quite demoralising after that… what happened was that me and my group members were resting in a training shed for less than 1 minute (REALLY LESS THAN 1 minute) then my OC came in a rover and caught us… scolded us and fucked us… after that while we were discussing the route by the road side… OC came again and scolded us for standing by the road (we were not suppose to be seen on the road)… Same thing happened for the 3rd time… Then we got very demoralised…

Next 2 days in field camp was super duper shack… walking long distances just to do some drills… SHack like hell… Last day in field camp wasn’t good also.. Had a 5 km fast march then fucked off from Tekong and back to SISPEC…

Back in SISPEC… A BORING event occured… RIFLE CLEANING… for 3 hrs we haf been cleaning our rifle under the hot sun and in a very lethargic situation… HAIZ… BOOKED out at 6 instead of 5 (THEY ARE ALWAYS LYING)… I LOST TRUST IN THEM ALREADY… CB ….

BTW THOSE BUNCH OF PEEPS REALLY KNOWS HOW TO DRAG AND WASTE OTHER PEEPS’ time… Don ever say u wanna become a sgt… trainings sucks… Facing those peeps sucks more as time goes by…

Dinner ytd was delicious… BUT for no reason… My MUM n Bro started vomitting in the middle of the night

Today went over to my grandma’s hse… My mum’s 3 other sisters were also sick (either vomitted or had diarrhea)… Something Fishy must have happened to the food that we eat ytd night…

YEAH… ACCEPTED NUS - SCIENCE lo… NTU - Mathematical sciences nv accept cos only can choose one… Haiz… NVM… i will pursue my dream as a teacher in NUS…

Booking in tonight… SIAN… BUT 3 MORE WEEKS left to endure only… Will PERSEVERE and nv give up… HAHA…

HAPPY MOTHERS’ DAY Mummy and Mum…

Today wasn’t as boring as other SUNDAYs… Mayb becos i don’t hafta book in tonight… HAHAHA… SHIOK…

Went out in the afternoon… Went to West Mall… Wanted to buy some stuffs… But was hesitating whether to buy or not to buy for like 30 mins… End up didn’t buying it… Donno why the hesitation… I guess i spent too much money yesterday after buying so many food, a cake for my mum and a new wallet which cost me 69 bucks (after 10% discount somemore)… SPENDING TOO MUCH… ARGH… How… i haf been spending like 100 bucks per book out… But this week’s book out was exception… I may spend 200 ++ this week… Too many things in mind that i wanna buy… HAHA…

Haiz… This year’s Birthday is not going to be VERY HAPPY… Cos hafta stay in TEKONG’s forest… Hopefully everything will go smoothly and fine… And hopefully i will enjoy that very special day of mine in TEKONG… HAHAHAHA… REALLY HOPE SO… AN UNFORGETABLE BIRTHDAY…

Yea.. Was blogging last week but the window was closed suddenly… so my post was gone and i don feel like re-typing… thats why didn’t post last week…

Last week’s HAPPENINGS:

I was the LSC last week… 1st time leading a group of people… IT WAS FUN and luckily my LSC period didn’t caught up in field camp… Otherwise it will not be a good one… went to smoke chamber and got expose to a gas(whole head only)… There was a burning sensation after coming out of the smoke chamber and my face was obviously turning red becos of the gas… A GREAT EXPOSURE and it was fun… Hope to get expose to it again…

next day (Friday) was IPPT and the result is as follow:

Chin-up, sit up, and 2.4               5 points

total                                          21 (PASS ONLY)

and becos of the SBJ i got to re-IPPT on sat (following day) damn sian… MUST RE-DO EVERY SINGLE STATION… ARGH…

BUT THE RESULT IS FINALLY WAD I WANNA ACHIEVE:

This week’s happening:

2nd FIELD CAMP…. Quite alright except the last day which started raining (but not a heavy downpour)…

There were still complaints about me… but i HECK CARE cos there is nothing i can do… they wanna complain, i will just let them go ahead and do so… BUT B4 that… THEY BETTER NOT DO IT THEMSELVES…

Back at company line on thursday… YIPPY… Enjoy the comfortable bed and bunk once again… However, this was not possible when the SGTs gathered every one down to the parade square to clean rifles (clean like 3 hours)… SUPER SIAN…

SOC on friday… Manage to clear it during the rundown within the time limit given to us.. But hafta do it again bcos the whole COY’s result wasn’t very good… This time round don’t haf to do the full run down.. Just required to clear the obstacles within another time limit… CLEARED IT ONCE and heck care liao… So went back to COY line to slack… WAHAHAHAHA… but after dinner… it was RIFLE CLEANING SESSION AGAIN… SUPER SIAN… donno how many times the SGTs want us to clean… HAIZ… However, this time round, the time taken to clean was shorter… So its alright for me….

SAT… SUPER DUPER SHACK… RUN 6 km (but i don think its 6) around the campsite… then after that got to do extra PT becos i didn’t get GOLD for IPPT… damn sian…

BOOKED out at 11.45 pm (actually shld be 11)… They love to drag and drag and drag which i donno why… Haiz… SPOILT MY WHOLE PLAN FOR SAT MORNING… SIAN…. NVM cos this week LONG WEEKEND AGAIN… NO special event or any selection or interview to burn my LONG WEEKEND… HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA….

Next week gonna finish my last field camp lo… YEAH…

Guess i hafta celebrate birthday in field camp liao… HAIZ… Somemore my Birthday falls on the 1st day of the last field camp… HAIZ… NVM… NO CHOICE LLST… HAHA

Went back to SISPEC today for a selection test… Suppose to reach there at 10.30 but i went there earlier (9.45) to unpack my stuffs that i brought home after field camp… At 11.30 we are asked to fall in and march off to B COY… Wasted quite some time over there bcos no one was around at B COY… In the end we are asked to march off to D COY… Attendance taking and some admin stuffs took about 30 mins away from us b4 we board the bus to Seletar at 12.40… Reach Seletar at about 1.10 and went through a briefing of the test… Selection test started at 2 and ended at 3.30 like that… Basically the test requires us to go thru some obstacles climb stairs in a rather heavy suit.. Challenging but a lil fun la eventhough it is very stuffy wearing the suit (quite bulky also)… Get to book out only at 4… Missed 05S20’s lunch at SAKAE… ARGH… Damn sian… Wanted to eat at SAKAE de… but bcos of the selection test… I CARN GO… NVM.. There is always the next time…

A Fresh Day to start with… Forgotten and don wanna recall about those unhappy events that had already happened… Looking towards the better side of life… Some things that carn be change, cannot be change… So ignore them…
Went JE with MT for lunch… A GOOD GOOD lunch (HAD SALMON DON) love it… After that go home… Saw Reina on the way home… She didn’t change at all LOL… And she said i look totally different from the sec school me… HAHA… Didn’t send MT home after lunch… She had to walk home by herself… Haiz… Shld haf accompany her back home siak… But today looks quite awkward (both of us were rather quiet today) Perhaps we were too tired already… But nvm… At least i get to see her… Next time will send her home… Haf been watching TV the whole afternoon and took a short afternoon nap… Dinner was sumptuous especially the spicy stingray… YUMMY…
Whole body itching like hell now after field camp… carn stop scratching but must control (tough siak)… ARGH…
Got to go pack stuff for tmr’s book in lo… Ciao… Haf a nice day everybody…

Yo people… Back from field camp… It was a horrendous one… 4D3N, 4D3N of sadness and pain…

It was a rather sad field camp for me… I feel that i was being outcasted… Just donno why i have that feeling… Haiz… I was being scolded by people, backstabbed by people, sleeping in ants infested and muddy area (becos it was raining thruout the entire 4D3N)… Was having an extremely bad cough which lasted like 3 weeks already… Being a pessimistic person (sometimes) i had this feeling that some people are just trying to find fault in me or find ways to nag at me… HAIZ… Wonder whats wrong with them and whats wrong with myself… Just couldn’t understand… Mayb next time i shld be more cautious and try to avoid those people… Haiz… I think my days in SISPEC will be damn sian with those people around… ARGH… 4 weeks more to go and i will not need to see those people liao… Oh ya another ‘event’ that spoil my mood is some stupid selection that will be conducted on the 30th of April… Damn sian… BURN UP my long weekend AGAIN… ARGH… FUCK SIAK… MY 2 long weekends got burnt already… HAIZ… But no choice… LLST Lo…

YEAH… Just bought another tee at Jurong Point today… 20% discount leh and the colour is nice so without thinking any further, i bought it… LOL…

Tmr shld be a day i am looking forward to… Cos i will be meeting MT for lunch… HAHA… Long time no see her liao… She always say she is busy… And the last time i saw her was like 1 mth ago… Haha… Yea…

Yo people.. Its SUNDAY… FAMILY DAY… YEA… Staying at home with my family… Haha…

Went to WestMall for an hour with the intention of buying a Mothers’ Day Card for my Mummy… SPENT 34.40 bucks for lunch and Mothers’ Day gift… Haha… Lunch at Pastamania cost me 6.50… Had a cup of Pure Choco Ice Blended at Coffee Bean which cost me 6.20… DAMN DAMN NICE… LOVE IT… Then Mothers’ Day card cost 3.90 and i also bought 2 slices of cakes from Bread Talk for my MUMMY… 7.80 bucks… 10 bucks also goes into topping up of EZ-link card… So there goes my 34.40 within that 1 hr period… Rate of Spending money is outrageous… HAHA…. Booking-in in about 3 hours time… But nvm la.. This kind of feeling is normal and haf gotten use to it already… Haha…

CONGRATS to HKMB for earning themselves a BRONZE medal in this year’s SYF… ITS sad that u guys didn’t get a SILVER or a GOLD… WAD HAPPENED THAT DAY??? SORRY for not being able to watch u guys perform that day cos was stuck in SISPEC… HAHA… But anyway its over and i blief u guys did ur best already… Don be upset… Try harder the next time for those participating in the next SYF… Teach ur juniors and PRACTICE HARD… I M sure u guys will be able to get what u all want… Luck comes into play in this competition also… I know that this year’s judges are extremely strict (base on the number of GWH G S B n COP)… SO don think about it already la…

This week’s happenings in brief:

Its all about navigating and running long distances… SIAN… Legs are damn numb now… Na beh siak…

MONDAY - navigation in a forest.. both day n night.. but there was a sergeant to guide us… so we did quite well and fast (1st to reach back to SISPEC camp) HAHA…

TUESDAY and WEDNESDAY was SHACK also… but i 4gotten wad i did already

THURSDAY - SOC in the morning… RUN until i wanna die liao… fall down twice after losing balance on the ramp and step-up (too shack)… Had navigation 2 in the afternoon til 11 pm at night… SUCKS… but quite fun too… Navigating in groups of 6… No sergeant guiding us… INDEPENDENT WORK… HIGHLIGHT of this navi is at night when we march back from the check point to the endpoint and then to the entrance… (ITS LIKE A 2-3 km ROUTE MARCH)… don say its a short distance cos if u add the distance we walk in the afternoon n night then it will be like 10++ km… DAMN deprive of sleep also… Get to sleep at 1 am only and hav to wake up at 5 am on friday just bcos of the live range… ARGH… 4 hours of sleep (NOT ENUFF FOR ME… I NEED 9 hrs of sleep… HAHA…)

Friday - Live firing SHIOK… LOVE IT… DAMN DAMN FUN… but the sad thing is that the waiting time is too long… ARGH… and its like wasting so much precious time of mine… after live firing had lectures (army lectures are quite boring school lectures are much better)… Next up, running again 2 km…

Sat - BOOKOUT day… Its suppose to be a fun and enjoying day but the 6 km endurance run spoilt the whole thing… Actually we only need to run 5 km cos it was written on the schedule but donno why we ran 6 km instead… SUPER TIRING but i manage to clear it continuously… Didn’t walk… :D:D:D:D… Many others also didn’t walk but i m still happy… PERSPIRE like running water flowing out from a tap… my whole tee and pants was wet (just like fallen into a pool or caught in a heavy rain)… I m not kidding… I PERSPIRE ALOT even during normal walking… HAHA…

Field camp week coming soon… must sleep, eat, pass motion … in the jungle liao… SIAN… I HATE FIELD CAMP… But no choice… CAN ONLY LAN LAN SUCK THUMB… HAIZ… I WILL ENDURE and PUSH MYSELF in everything i do until the day i pass out of SISPEC (which is in 6 weeks time… YEAH :D:D:D:D:D:D…)
